How are articles shipped?
Products from our inventory are sent by mail or by DPD (“Deutscher Paket Dienst” or German package service).

Delivery time?
Your order will be promptly processed once you place it with us. The delivery of your order normally takes 2-7 working days.

Costs for shipping and handling?
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package according to the prices of the Deutsche Post AG and the DPD in addition to the packing and handling costs.

Important Notice
Returns to be paid by the addressee will not be accepted.
Returns can only be made within 14 days and after prior mutual agreement.
