Jetelina Publishers’ General Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Payment
The following delivery terms and conditions are applicable for all services and deliveries accepted by the buyer when submitting the information for an order.
Any change to these regulations requires a separate agreement in writing. The rights to changes in price, error and delivery contingencies remain reserved.
Jetelina Publishers offers publishers a platform on which accordion music can be acquired directly through the publisher / producer.
Sales and delivery is enacted by Jetelina music mail-order.
Fixed price laws All music editions are subject to the fixed price laws.
Discounts on articles to which the national fixed book price laws apply (music, books, videos, DVD's, CD's) are not possible. These articles are generally excluded from any and all discount regulations.
All listed prices are to be understood as post-VAT prices (in German, brutto) and already contain the legally required value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer).
Orders Orders can be made by all persons who require the ordered goods for professional, commercial or private purposes. Orders can be made by fax, by e-mail or in writing. In the case of telephone orders, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of prices given. The order number (article number) is always valid for orders.
Shipping and Handling
All shipping is at the risk of the receiver as of the moment when it is given over for shipping. We do not replace orders that are lost or damaged during transport. Returns are only possible within eight days after receipt of goods. For justifiable damages, we only guarantee the amount at which the good is valued.
Payment terms and conditions and shipping costs
Abroad As an absolute rule, orders from outside Europe are to be paid with credit card.
Payments from the European Community can be made via BIC (IBAN) number.
Costs for shipping and handling abroad are calculated according to effort expended. This includes both the costs of shipping and packing materials.
For special orders (air delivery, etc.) abroad, an additional fee is added to the shipping costs.
EC payments Payments made in the EC can be made via BIC (IBAN) number.
Returns and reclamations As a rule, every return requires our previous agreement. Every return must be in such a condition that it can be sold again. Returns are, as a rule, only possible after previous agreement and only within eight days after the invoice issuance date. Returns made without postage paid will not be accepted under any conditions.
Details regarding articles that do not come from the publisher will be estimated to our best knowledge. No guarantee as to the accuracy is ensured.
Consignment upon approval As a rule, consignments upon approval are not possible.
Reservation of proprietary rights The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims owed or further caused by the buyer. (§455 of the BGB, German law)
We reserve the right to errors and price changes.
Place of fulfillment and place of legal jurisdiction Spaichingen, , is the place of contractual fulfillment and the place of legal jurisdiction.
